Just got a set of O rings from this supplier.

(They also do shaft (oil) seals such as Simrit and also bearings.)

Sensible prices and postage and next day delivery by first class post.

Are these the same seals that Alexander Engel sells or similar quality?

Good lord their o-rings are expensive. £3.70 for a pack of 2 84mm rings? no thanks.

    Try Hayley's:

    http://www.hayley-group.co.uk/

I went in there the other day for a pair of 65mm rings, they gave me them for nothing. They're about 30p each otherwise.

    Thanks for the tip!

(Unfortunately I think I now have my next 5 years supply already.)

(I suppose one advantage maybe that they have a very wide range of stock - e.g the Simrit seals to answer the other question.)
