Hello A Few Starter Questions

I have one of mike's levellers and I have to say I agree with Andy they are first rate,they even have a reverse function so that when you go astern the tail does not come out of the water,I was also informed that the new version will be adjustable from the TX.

Just a quick update I just won a Ebay HiTec Laser 6 digital FM radio control system (whole kit sero's chargers, ect ) for £50 so that is very handy 35mhz So a bit more in the kitty for the leveller.

I have Emailed the seller and told him that the unit is not for me ( I havent sent any payment as yet)I have offered him I would pay for hes ebay fees.
I have sent a email to Sussex models to ask when they will be getting the Tx in so I can get one of those, Also emailed mike for a leveller as their is no price and no way of paying on hes site.

Will buy the last few bits tomorrow when I get in from work.

Thanks for the quick replys about my blonde moment ( I thought when you said 27 - 40mhz that you could use the ones inbetween also. I some how completly didnt read it right and thought 35 would be fine..O well atleast I caught it when I did )

Well I have payed for all the goodies so know I have to wait on delivery of the items then start my build thread I went for the complete kit from sussex models as they have no idaer when the TX will be in stock as they cant seem to get hold of any from their supplier.

Hi guys just thought I would give you an update, Well I may know the reason why you dont see many of the dragon shark sub's any were as they are really bad at customer service. IT is shocking. I have been trying to reach arkmodels to see if they got my payment ok and when would they start shipping? It has been 4 days and I havent heard any thing from them after 2 emails to try and find out when..... So I might have to get a refund from paypal as it seems they arnt interested after they get your money. I will wait till monday untill I do any thing ( that would be 1 week after payment)....

Hi guys just an update

Well I have E-mailed all of their know address and still no responce.I have bought from Japan and China many thimes in the past and never had this much aggro. I think I will be sending them one last E-mail stating if I dont hear from them in 24hrs I will contact paypal for a full refund.

The most annoying thing is when I was asking them for info/prices of items they were responding with in 12hrs, know they have my cash they seem like they just dont care!!

I think this is fair after 1 week on constant emails and no reply from them. Or do you think I am being a bit harsh?

I know it is Chinese New Year is on 3rd Feb this year but it is the 7th today/8th in china so 4 days after they still celebrating?? I know they have a a few days were they do some differnt things, ie

Second Day of the New Year

Do they work inbetween?

Back log of emails/questions ect ect all take time to answer...................... I don't know, just trying to be helpful, wish I hadn't bothered now

I didnt mean to offend you MMB, I only know that here in england my friends celebrate those days and I have no idear in China do they work inbetween those dates? Or is it like are Christmas were we have a week off? As you said you deal with people over that side of the world I just wanted to know when would you expect to hear back from your clients/suppilers??
