    I'm unaware of any figures specifically made for the Robbe model.  If you're ok using 1:35 instead of 1:40 then there are a number of generic uboat captains .....maybe have a look for 'Andrea Minatures'....they do a lot of uboat diorama kits for a conning tower model they offer.
