Here's a brilliant trick from the maestro of metal...Alf Blake.
If you need to bend a piece of brass tube, try this: plug one end of the tube, and fill the tube with a 50/50 mix of water and washing up liquid, plug that end and pop the tube into the freezer.
After it's frozen solid, take the tube out and you'll find you can bend it way past 90 degrees without the tube folding or creasing...brilliant!
